Welcome to the Rokmyst Prison store. Please review the following policies before making a purchase.

Purchase Delivery

Purchases are generally delivered automatically to the Minecraft account specified during checkout. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to server maintenance, connection issues, or technical difficulties.

If you do not receive your purchase, please contact Rokmyst Support with your Minecraft username, transaction reference, purchased item, and approximate purchase date so we can investigate. Never provide your account password or full payment-card information.

Refunds

Purchases are processed through Tebex, the merchant of record for transactions made through this store.

Refund requests are handled in accordance with Tebex's applicable terms, procedures, and consumer protection requirements. Rokmyst Support can assist with investigating delivery issues, while payment-related requests may need to be handled by Tebex Buyer Support.

Nothing in these policies limits your statutory refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with a purchase, we encourage you to contact Rokmyst Support or Tebex Buyer Support for assistance. This does not restrict your right to dispute a payment through your financial institution.

If a purchase is refunded, reversed, or determined to be invalid, its associated in-game benefits may be suspended or removed, subject to applicable law and the outcome of any payment dispute.

A chargeback or payment dispute alone does not establish fraudulent conduct and does not automatically result in a permanent ban.

Players who believe a payment-related restriction or ban was applied incorrectly may contact Rokmyst Support to request a review.

Account Responsibility

Players should provide the correct Minecraft username during checkout and take reasonable steps to protect their account credentials.

Purchased benefits are assigned to the Minecraft account specified at checkout. Transfers between accounts are not ordinarily permitted, although exceptions may be considered by Rokmyst Support on a case-by-case basis.

These account responsibilities do not remove any applicable rights relating to unauthorized transactions.

Fair Play & Store Purchases

Rokmyst Prison is committed to maintaining a fair, non-pay-to-win gameplay experience.

Store purchases are intended to provide cosmetic features, optional conveniences, and other clearly described benefits without granting unfair competitive advantages over other players.

The features and limitations of each purchase are described in its individual store listing. All purchases remain subject to applicable Minecraft commercial usage guidelines.

Server Rules & Purchased Benefits

Purchasing a rank, key, or other store item does not exempt a player from Rokmyst Prison's server rules.

Players who violate server rules may receive disciplinary action, including temporary or permanent bans, regardless of their purchase history.

Purchased benefits are governed by the descriptions and conditions provided at the time of purchase. Any changes or restrictions remain subject to applicable law and consumer rights.

Server Availability & Account Restrictions

Rokmyst Prison is an independently operated Minecraft server. While we aim to provide a reliable and long-term experience, uninterrupted access and indefinite server operation cannot be guaranteed.

Purchased benefits are intended for use within Rokmyst Prison and do not guarantee continued access to the server.

A server ban for rule violations does not automatically entitle a player to a refund for previously delivered purchases. Similarly, server closure does not automatically establish a right to a refund. Refund eligibility remains subject to Tebex's applicable terms and consumer protection laws.

References to permanent benefits mean that those benefits do not have a predefined expiration date while the applicable service remains available, unless the product description states otherwise. They do not guarantee that Rokmyst Prison will operate indefinitely. Time-limited benefits remain subject to their advertised durations and conditions.

For assistance with purchases, missing benefits, account-related questions, or payment-related server restrictions, please contact Rokmyst Support.

Discord Support

1. Join the Rokmyst Discord.
2. Navigate to Support → #create-ticket.
3. Click the green Help button to open a support ticket.
4. Describe your issue and provide any relevant purchase information.

For purchase-related issues, please include your Minecraft username, transaction reference, purchased item, and approximate purchase date when available. Never share passwords or full payment-card information.
